Drive-In and Drop Off Shower Because of the recent loss of Joselyn in the house fire and explosion, baby Jaxen, and his dad, Cody, are having to begin a new life. Will you join us in doing what we can to make this transition a little easier for them? On Sunday, Sept. 6, we will be holding a DRIVE-IN and DROP-OFF shower for them at the Gentry Seventh-day Adventist Youth Center from 2:00-4:00 p.m. They have experienced the total loss of all their belongings including clothing, baby items and everything needed to make a house a home. Jaxen is 9 months old and is wearing 12-18 month size clothes, but will also need clothes as he grows. Please bring new or very gently used household items. Gift wrapping would be nice, but not required. They are registered at Wal-Mart and Target. Gift cards or a money gift would be welcome. For more information contact Marian Parson at 479-549-8528 or Ruth Bonney at 479-283-6705.
Children’s Sabbath School Lesson Online Review with Richard Aguilera Ever since COVID-19 started, some kids have not been able to go to church and have their review of that week's Sabbath School lesson. I know it's also been hard for parents to juggle between school, work, and keeping kids in-line with their Sabbath lessons...... that's why I started producing the Kid's Sabbath School Review shows that aired on Facebook and YouTube since early April. Right now, I'm happy to announce that our new website is up and you can see this week's Sabbath School Review lesson by going to our website: kidssabbathschoolreview.com
If you have a kid that wants to review their Sabbath School lessons as if they were with a teacher... then send them to our page. Inside, you will find a well-produced video with me, Rich Aguilera, where we review this week's Sabbath School lesson with fun and interactive segments. Each week my team and I create interactive games for your child to play. Things that will grab their attention like puzzles, crosswords, and word searches.
