Prayer Meeting meets every Wed. evening at 7:00 p.m.    New study for prayer meeting will be Hosea:  The Man-the Prophet-The Message.  You will be blessed!

 

Pastor Appreciation will be coming in Oct. Please remember our Pastor and his wife to show our appreciation for them.

 

Hope for Hurting Parents will meet next Sabbath, Oct. 1, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. at the Total Life Community Center.

 

Harvest Tree Items for next Sabbath, Oct. 1 will be canned sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and paper towels.  Thank you for supporting this ministry for our friends in need.

 

Thank you to Pastor and Ellie Gil, and all those that helped make the Sunday Fall Fiesta a fun and special time for us Senior Citizens that attended.  It was appreciated!

 

Thank You for all the help with making Pickin' 59 a success!  I look forward to sharing more during my next ministry feature.  Sunday we will have "FREE DAY" where anything left over from the sale are now free, but we do take donations.  This is usually between 8:00 a.m. and 12 noon, or until things are gone.  We could still really use some help Sunday breaking down the tent and tables.  We start to clean up around 9:00 a.m. and work around the customers.  Hope to see you there!

 

Come and Go Adoption Celebration/New Baby Shower for David and Brittany Craig, Sunday, Oct. 9, from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the Sutherland Barn, 19417 Nokes Farm Road, Siloam Springs.  David is the ARKLA Youth Pastor and Brittany is the daughter of Ken and Eva Hill.  They have just recently adopted two little boys ages 3 and 1 and gave birth to a daughter on Aug. 14.  They are registered on Amazon, and diapers are always appreciated.  Call 479-790-0724 if you have any questions or need directions.

Decatur SDA Church invites you to their new Bible Walking Trail on Sunday, Oct. 2, from 3:00-5:00 p.m.  Church address: 790 E. Roller Ave., Decatur, AR.  The trail is 1.3 miles and paved.  Hope you can come and walk in God’s nature.

Ozark Glow Night Ride Bike-A-Thon and Fun, Sat. evening, Oct. 1, starting with vespers at 6:45 p.m. 7:10 p.m. Hot Wheel ending at 9:00. Dress Code is:GLOW. Please come and join us at City Lake in Siloam Springs for this fundraiser.  Encourage your child to get sponsors for laps completed!  Donations can be made in lieu of sponsorship.  Students who raise the most funds and for best decorated bikes will receive prizes.  Yummy food will also be sold.  Home and School appreciates your support.

 

Remember in Prayer the Anderson family.  Helen Anderson passed away Wed. morning, Sept, 21. Helen was a loyal church member and a friend to many of us.

 

Lucille Cox (wife of Don Cox) passed away Sept. 21.  Service will be at the Gentry Church, Wed. afternoon, Sept. 28 at 2:00 p.m. Remember the Cox family in your prayers.   Viewing will be at Wasson funeral home Tuesday, Sept.27, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
